On July 5, 2017 Philips Painting power-washed and painted the exterior of our home located at 33253 Naples Avenue in Frankford, DE 19945. Marcia and I were very pleased with the quality of his workmanship. We would highly recommend Philips Painting for the following reasons:
- Good communication skills
- Philip Swetz is prompt in returning calls, email messages and texts.
- Prompt and on time
- He and his crew were prompt and reported to the job-site on time every day.
- Pre-job estimate was in writing and submitted within 24-hours:
- There were no hidden surprises. We made one additional change order and that was done for a reasonable up-charge. In addition, Mr. Swetz and his crew did several small touches which were not in the original estimate or the change order because he wanted the finished product to reflect perfection.
- The job site was cleaned daily
- Painting equipment and supplies were stored out of sight; the yard, decks and steps were swept at the end of the day.
- The job was completed in a workmanlike manner
- Mr. Swetz and his crew did not just power-wash and apply a coat of paint. They thoroughly power-washed our entire house; repaired drywall cracks; re-caulked siding separations and applied two coats of primer and two finish coats to all painted surfaces.
We are very pleased with our freshly cleaned and painted house. We will not hesitate to hire Philips Painting when the time comes for additional power-washing and painting.
